A message dated June 16 was received stating the Governor read the                                                              
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     Supporting the passage by the United States Congress of the                                                                
     SAFE Banking Act of 2019, sec. 110606 of the Heroes Act, or
